13 years agoService: Placed an order when told not to. Wasted time spent resolving credit note and delivery collectionOur response: Thank you for your valued feedback. After investigation I can see that an official Purchase Order was emailed to sales@seton.co.uk, this was then processed on our system. An order cancellation was then requested, however the order was already on the system and in the process of being despatched, therefore the goods were sent out. We have now raised a full return on all of the goods for you as requested.
